<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum business system environment by grasping a present state, namely an overlapping state in a plurality of business systems which are used and managed in a business enterprise and the like. <P>SOLUTION: Questionnaires are sent to enterprise system users, and overburden/waste on the basis of answers to the questionnaires is investigated. In concrete, the system user is asked about frequently used functions in the system which become targets of the questionnaires. The frequently used functions are summarized in a function list of a questionnaire target system from the plurality of answers to the questionnaires. The function lists are compared to investigate a function overlapping among the questionnaire target systems. Furthermore, a function list of a system used for the same purpose as the questionnaire target system and a function list of the questionnaire target system are compared with each other to extract questionnaire target system's own functions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
