<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding method of a flat container with a hanger, capable of manufacturing a flat container with a uniform thickness integrally formed with the hanger by using a preform of a general shape. <P>SOLUTION: Before setting the test tube-like general preform 11 in left and right blow molding split molds 31, 32 in an opened state and mold clamping, hanger molding split molds 33, 34 are lowered to hold both sides of a bottom 14 of the preform 11 to pull up it, to stretch the preform 11. After stretching, the blow molding split molds 31, 32 are clamped and free blow is performed by introducing low pressure air into the preform 11. The preform 11 subjected to the free blow is pressed to be formed flat by the blow molding split molds 31, 32, and after clamping, high pressure air is introduced to mold the flat container, and also hanger molding split molds 33, 34 are finally clamped to press-mold the hanger 4 on the bottom of the flat container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
