<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a friction material to be molded in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is for manufacturing the friction material by the following steps: (a) a step of obtaining a raw material mixture by mixing a fibrous material, a friction adjuster, and a raw material containing part of a binder; (b) a step of coating the raw material mixture by adding solid rubber to the raw material mixture at a room temperature; (c) a step of obtaining a friction-material composition by adding and mixing 2-30 mass% of the binder remainder on the basis of 100 mass% of the whole raw material; and (d) a step of pressure-molding the friction-material composition at 0-100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
