摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a sample holder for reducing a current noise derived from an electromagnetic induction, in an electrically-detecting electron spin resonance method, and to provide a manufacturing method for the sample holder. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrically-detecting electron spin resonance apparatus, a material used for the sample holder is a FR-4 resin, alumina, glass or Teflon (R). Four wires are formed on the surface of the sample holder and comprise a three-layer structure of nickel, gold and resist from the surface of the sample holder. The sample holder is formed into a T shape. A gold pad to fix a sample is formed at the tip of the sample holder and includes a laminated structure of the nickel and the gold from the surface of the sample holder.
