PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device which can reliably blow air in an operator's intended direction. SOLUTION: The air blowing device 11 includes a hollow pillar-shaped part 21, wind-direction adjustment plates 41, 42, 43, 44, a passage 31 for bypassing the wind-direction adjustment plates. The passage has an inflow port 32 and an outlet port 33 which are opened at predetermined positions. A vector Vs2 including a direction of air blown from the outlet port intersects a plain surface PL1 including an axis line AL of the hollow pillar-shaped part and a rotational axis line P of the wind-direction adjustment plates, and intersects a vector Vf including a direction of air generated by the wind-direction adjustment plates by an obtuse angleθL when an adjustment plate rotational angleθis not zero. An amount of the air blown from the outlet port is substantially zero when the adjustment plate rotational angle is zero, and is increased as the adjustment plate rotational angle becomes larger.
