PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a molding satisfactory in tensile elongation and impact resistance by using a polylactic acid-based resin composition. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition comprises (A) 30-90 mass% of a polyolefin resin, (B) 1-50 mass% of an aliphatic polyester-based resin, (C) 1-40 mass% of an ethylene-octene rubber of which the melt flow rate is higher than 3 g/10 min and is 40 g/10 min or lower, and (D) 0.01-20 mass% of an ethylenic polymer having epoxy groups, provided that the sum of contents of (A) the polyolefin-based resin, (B) the aliphatic polyester-based resin, (C) the ethylene-octene rubber and (D) the ethylenic polymer having epoxy groups is 100 mass%.
