摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor using a nano spacer and a detection method using the optical sensor. SOLUTION: This optical sensor using the nano spacer includes the nano spacer whose size reversibly varies with an external stimulus, a first object coupled to one side of the nano spacer, a second object coupled to the other side of the nano spacer, and a detection unit for detecting light released by interaction between the first object and second object. Accordingly, optical characteristics between nanoparticles using the nano spacer whose length reversibly varies with the external stimulus, namely optical phenomena such as fluorescence, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, localized surface plasmon resonance, and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy can be actively controlled. The sensing limitation of the optical sensor using, as a sensing principle, the fluorescence, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, localized surface plasmon resonance, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and the like can be improved using the nano spacer.
