PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor device that minimizes its packaging space under optimal optical conditions. SOLUTION: The optical sensor device includes a sensor device, which includes a light-transmitting device 20, a light-receiving device 22, and a lens plate 12, with which a beam of light emitted by the light-transmitting device 20 is coupled into the window pane 10, coupled out of the window pane 10 and directed onto the light-receiving device 22. On its surface facing the light-transmitting device 20 and the light-receiving device 22, the lens plate 12 includes Fresnel lens structures 16a and 16b. On the opposite surface facing the window pane 10, the lens plate 12 includes the Fresnel reflector structures 16a, 16b. This embodiment is particularly useful as a rain sensor.
