PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure, combustor and turbine blade which realize further enhancement of cooling efficiency when executing cooling by employing a double wall structure. SOLUTION: The cooling structure 6 which includes a first plate part 5 and a second plate part 4 arranged with a space S3 with the first plate part 5, and cools the first plate part 5 by introducing cooling fluid G2 into the space S3 through a plurality of hole parts 41 provided to the second plate part 4 by passing therethrough in a plate thickness direction, is provided with a plurality of recesses 51 which is formed in the first plate part 5 at the second plate part 4 side without communication with each other and makes at least some of the recesses 51 among the recesses 51 face the hole parts 41.
