PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold which can be easily carried in and out of a site. SOLUTION: This scaffold 1 used for the construction of a ceiling part 12 above an obstacle 15 installed in a room of a building includes a plurality of support members 2 which are installed on the outside of the obstacle 15 with the obstacle 15 interposed therebetween and each of which is formed of the combination of a plurality of block-shaped or box-shaped members 3 formed of lightweight members and a floor member 8 installed between the upper parts of the support members 2 while straddling the obstacle 15. Since the members 3 of the support members 2 and the floor member 8 which constitute the scaffold 1 are formed of the lightweight members, operations for carrying these members into site and installing the members and operations for removing the members and carrying out the members from the site can be easily and efficiently performed in a short time.
