PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable installation irrespective of arrangement of mounting means like mounting legs of an outdoor installation like hot-water supplying equipment when the number of the mounting means is coped. SOLUTION: A foundation block includes the quadrangular main concrete block 1 in plan view and holding three adjusting blocks 2, 2, 2 in holding spaces 11, 11, 11, and the circular concrete adjusting blocks 2, 2, 2 in plan view. Each of the adjusting blocks 2, 2, 2 is provided with a rail 22 for arranging an upwardly projecting anchor bolt 21 in a slidable manner in a radial direction of each of the adjusting blocks 2, 2, 2. A positioning plate 3 is arranged on the lower surface of the adjusting blocks 2, 2, 2 to rotatably position the adjusting blocks 2, 2, 2 thereon by inserting bearing shafts 31 into shaft holes 24 formed on the lower surface.
