<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in optical function of an optical element which is injection-molded. <P>SOLUTION: In a mold 10b which has a function of forming an optical function part on the optical element and leaves the molded optical element when the mold is opened, and a mold 20b which releases the molded optical element when the mold is opened, the mold 10b is disposed on the position corresponding to an optical axis of the optical function part of the optical element or on the neighborhood thereof, has a cross-section smaller than the optical function part, is provided with a thrusting part 14b which thrusts the optical element, molten material is injected into a cavity, a mold 20b is released from the molded optical element to open the mold, thrusts the optical element from which the mold 20b has been released, with the thrusting part 14b and releases the optical element from the mold 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
