<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device that achieves excellent visibility even if enormous title information or the like is displayed in a limited display region. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device displays character information over a plurality of lines on a display. The device includes a calculating means for calculating a plurality of title character strings and position coordinates to display each of the title character strings on the display and a memory for storing the position coordinates calculated by the calculating means. The position coordinates are determined by the calculating means as follows. The plurality of title character strings are displayed two at a time in every one line on the display. A prescribed indent is inserted every other line.
