<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device, a substrate, a liquid container, a system, and a control method and the like for a non-volatile storage part for suppressing destruction of data stored in a non-volatile storage part. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device 20 includes: a non-volatile storage part 60; a control part 30; and a capacitor 70. The control part 30 includes: a detection circuit 32; and an access control part. The detection part 32 detects the power source abnormality state of a power supply voltage VDD. An access control part 36 performs access control of reading or writing from or to the non-volatile storage part 60, and when the power source abnormality state is detected by the detection circuit 32, stops the access control of reading or writing from or to the non-volatile storage part 60.
