PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a guide pipe in an opening/closing device of a roof capable of centering a guide pipe shaft with respect to a cable groove of a guide frame by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A shade device includes: a pair of sliders 5 mounted at both ends of the shade 3; a pair of cables 9a, 9b for synchronously sliding both sliders 5 with push/pull movement in conjunction with the sliders 5; a guide frame 7 at which a drive cable groove 7b and an idling cable groove 7c are formed; and a drive guide pipe 11 and an idling guide pipe 12 which cover the cables 9a, 9b, respectively. The drive guide pipe 11 and the idling guide pipe 12 are held by being positioned in a pipe radial direction.
