PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal laminated panel having an impact resistance against a flying object having an acute collision face, and to provide a metal laminated panel having also a crime preventive property preventing formation of a hole in a short time allowing pass-through of a human. SOLUTION: The metal laminated panel comprises a surface material of a metal plate, a foaming plate material selected among a group of polycarbonate foam, hard urethane foam, phenol resin foam and polystyrene foam which are superposed on the surface material and have predetermined strength and the same shape as the surface material, and cloth having predetermined weight and inserted between the surface material and the foaming plate material.
