PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for making ozone-containing ice enabling ice-making by using a general ice-making machine and capable of making ozone-containing ice by irradiating ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: In making ice by spraying material water 20 in which oxygen is included or dissolved on a cooling heat transfer face 11 and sequentially scraping off the ice, ultraviolet rays UV are irradiated to the ice generated on the cooling heat transfer face 11 so as to make ozone-containing ice.
