PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for assembling an unlock operation member of a seat for a vehicle which can rotatably assemble an unlocking operation member to an upper rail without hindrance of a folded piece even when the upper rail has the folded piece, and a lock/unlock device. SOLUTION: The structure for assembling an unlock operation member of a seat for a vehicle includes pinching means for rotatably pinching an unlock operation member 2 arranged between both right and left sidewalls 101a of an upper rail 101. The pinching means includes a rotation part 23 provided to the unlock operation member 2, an upper wall 101b of the upper rail, and a pinching member 27. Both ends of the pinching member 27 are inserted in lock holes 101f provided to both of the right and left sidewalls 101a from an opening provided below the upper rail 2 so that the pinching member 27 enlarges the space between the right and left sidewalls 101a.
