The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating uterine myoma, containing, as an active ingredient, the extract of one or more herbs or medicinal materials selected from a group consisting of shady Jerusalem sage, corydaline, Trogopterorum faeces, Curcuma zedoaria, cinnamon and Scutellaria barbata. The described extract of herbs or medicinal materials inhibits the growth of myoma tissue and myoma cells with fewer side effects, and thus can be used as a safe therapeutic agent for treating uterine myoma.
