<p>A full spectrum identification image sensor comprises a sensor baseboard (4), photosensitive units, a lens (2), a light source (1), a transparent plate (5) and a frame (6). The photosensitive units that are arrayed in a straight line are provided on the baseboard (4). The lens (2) is provided above the baseboard (4). The frame (6) contains the baseboard (4), the lens (2) and the light source (1). The upper part of the frame (6) is provided with the transparent plate (5) carrying a manuscript (10). The light source (1) is provided at one side of the lens (2) and illuminates the manuscript (10). The light source (1) is a full spectrum light source that can radiate UV light, visible light and infrared light. The photosensitive units on the baseboard (4) consist of two parts. One part is a reflected light photosensitive part (3a) for receiving the light information reflected by the manuscript (10). The other part is an excitation light photosensitive part (3b) for receiving the excitation light information generated by the manuscript (10).</p> |
