GAPLESS PLANETARY TRANSMISSION

A gapless planetary transmission includes a case (10), a power input shaft (1) and a power output shaft (8). An eccentric sleeve (2) is fixedly set on the power input shaft (1) in the circumferential direction. A fixed pin wheel (5) is set on the case (10) concentrically with the power input shaft (1). A power output pin wheel (7) is rotatably fit on the power output shaft (8) in the circumferential direction and is concentric with the power input shaft (1). A double outer gear (4) is rotatably fit on the circumference of the eccentric sleeve (2). One outer gear (42) of the double outer gear (4) is engaged with the fixed pin wheel (5) with small teeth difference, and the other outer gear (41) is engaged with the power output pin wheel (7) with small teeth difference. The pin wheel teeth of either the fixed pin wheel (5) or the power output pin wheel (7) comprise roller wheel structures capable of rotating around its own axis. Tooth profile curves of gear teeth of the two outer gears (41, 42) of the double outer gear (4) are respectively enveloped by the outer circle surfaces of the fixed pin wheel (5) and the power output pin wheel (7) engaged with the double outer gear (4). The outer gears (41, 42) and the roller wheels are pure rolling engaged, and the sliding friction between the wheels teeth engaged could be avoided. The double outer gear (4) of the gapless planetary transmission is in contact with the wheel teeth of both the fixed pin wheel (5) and the power output pin wheel (7) such that zero transmission error and zero return difference property are achieved. The transmission has high accuracy, low noise, high transmission efficiency and long service life.
