PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing extra-high voltage insulation power distribution coupler is provided to improve endurance and quality of products using a simultaneous adhesion technology of a semiconductive silicon pad and an insulating silicon pad. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing extra-high voltage insulation power distribution coupler comprises the steps of: attaching a first semiconductive silicon pad(2) having insulation resistance along the outer circumference of a roll of a roll kneader; attaching a second semiconductive silicon pad(4) along the outer circumference of a roll of a roll kneader in a constant interval form the first semiconductive silicon pad; attaching an insulating silicon pad(6); mixing the second semiconductive silicon pad, the insulating silicon pad, and vulcanizing agent; molding a lower packing; mixing the insulating silicon powder 90~100 weight%, vulcanizing agent 1.5~2.0 weight%, white pigment 0.2~0.7 weight%, and black pigment 0.01~0.05 weight% for 10~15 minutes in the roll; and molding a semiconductive silicon coupler.
