LINEAR PERISTALTIC PUMP ANS ITS WORKING PROCESS

The invention pertains to the pumping via pipes of highly viscous fluids, abrasive and paste like materials, as well as chemically highly reactive materials. Linear peristaltic pump offered consists of two parallely placed elastic pipes. One side ends of pipes are linked together forming income collector, but another side ends are linked into output collector. At least four sequently placed chambers, fulfilled by working media that is aimed for deformation the pipes, cover both pipes. Fluid or gas can be used as working media. Peristaltic pump working process consists of succeeding steps: sequent vacuum creation in every chamber, that leads to the widening of pipes parts in the frame of each chamber and pumping material imbibing; pressure creation in the chambers and squeezing of pipes, in such a way displacing pumping material forward along the pipe. In every of two connected pipe's similar parts (in the framework of one chamber) a pressure is created in one of pipes and vacuum is simultaneously created in the corresponding another one. In the next chamber such situation is being implemented with time delay according to one phase time length. This wave-like situation is going along sequentially placed chambers creating the wave squeezing the both pipes and moving the material to be pumped from the pump input to the output.
