PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device, method of operating the same and a memory system including the same are provided to improve operation speed while maintaining reliability. CONSTITUTION: A read and write circuit(130) access a memory cell array(110). A control logic(160) supplies a program voltage to the memory cell array. The control logic controls a program starting voltage. The control logic comprises first and second registers. The first register stores at least one default program starting voltage. The second register stores at least one varied program starting voltage.
