CAPACITOR TYPE TOUCH SCREEN PROCESS WITH DECORATION BY USING VACUUM DEPOSITION METHOD

<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a capacitor type touch screen panel is provided to reduce the overall manufacturing processes using a vacuum deposition method and improving a decoration process. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer(101) is formed by performing a vacuum deposition of a transparent conduction material to a reinforced glass(102) and forming a pattern. A decoration(103) is vacuum deposited at the other side of the reinforced glass using a mask sheet. A protective layer(104) is formed on the surface of the vacuum deposited surface. The transparent conductive material is composed of ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), FTO(Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide), or IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide). The Decoration is formed on the non-display area of the touch screen panel.</p>
