PURPOSE: A cap assembly is provided to improve the leakage of electrolyte by preventing a main gasket mounted in a beading part from drooping using a sub gasket surrounding the outer circumference of a current interrupt device. CONSTITUTION: In a cap assembly, the outer circumference of a laminate including a top cap(410) and a safety vent(430) is surrounded with a main gasket(500a), and a current interrupt device surrounded with a sub gasket(510a) is adhered to the lower part of the safety vent, wherein the main gasket does not form a space distanced from the safety vent.
