PURPOSE: An animal capturing apparatus and a system thereof are provided to be effective for capturing an animal sensitive to smell and to improve capturing efficiency of a target animal. CONSTITUTION: An animal capturing apparatus comprises: a capturing apparatus main body(1) having an opening and shutting device; an image photographing camera(3) taking a picture of the inside of the trap main body; a transceiver(6) which transmits the photographed date and intrusion date to a user terminal; and a control unit(9) which opens and closes the opening and shutting device of the capturing apparatus main body.
