PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel for a fire-proof wall is provided to prevent the diffusion of a fire and dust generation by employing the minimum amount of inorganic fiber core material. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel for a fire-proof wall comprises a core material(30), an outer plate(10), and an inorganic board(20). The core material is divided into an extensive area(31) which includes the middle portion and a side of the panel and is filled with a fire-retardant organic core material and a narrow area(32) which includes the other side of the panel and is filled with an inorganic fiber core material. The outer panel is made of a metal plate and covers the exterior of the core material. The inorganic board is formed in a thin plate shape and attached to the inner side of the outer panel.
