FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multifunctional polymer which contains a graft polymer formed from: a) polyolefin, b) nitrogen-containing ethylene-unsaturated aromatic or aliphatic monomer which contains from 2 to approximately 50 carbon atoms; and c) an organometallic compound capable of reacting with the said polyolefin.
