TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS FOR ORIENTATION OF FIBERS IN THE FIBERCONCRETE

The invention is related to the production technologies of building structural elements bearing the load. The subject of the process proposed is the following: in order to orient the fibres in the fiberconcrete mixture, two grids are slowly moved in the opposite directions through the fiberconcrete mixture, wherein the bars of the first grid are moved through the spaces between bars in the second grid (similarly aforementioned grids are two combs moving in the opposite directions). During the orientation process of fibres in the fiberconcrete mixture the grids can be subjected to the vibrations. The orientation process can be finished when holding forces of both grids during their motion have became stable.
