THE BACK BOARD FOR REFRIGERATOR USING THE AEROGEL

PURPOSE: A back board which uses an aerogel is provided to reduce the weight thereof since urethane foam and bead-typed aerogel are mixed and foamed. CONSTITUTION: A back board which uses an aerogel for a refrigerator comprises an inner case(101), an outer case(103), and a space part. The inner case is manufactured of synthetic resin to form a cavity. The outer case has a fixed strength. The space part is formed between the inner case and the outer case. A prepolymer is formed in the space part by the reaction of a part of polyol and diisocyanate. The rest of the polyol, foaming agent, catalyst, and aerogel are mixed with prepolymer and are foamed.
