PURPOSE: An aging furnace for manufacturing an aluminum alloy plate equipped with a SCR proportional control device is provided to safely transfer a large amount of alloy plates and transmit uniform temperature on the surface of the aluminium alloy plate. CONSTITUTION: An aging furnace(100) for manufacturing an aluminum alloy plate equipped with a SCR proportional control device comprises a square-shaped body(110), a circulation pan(120), an air cylinder(130), and a truck drive unit(140). The circulation pan is installed at the upper end of the main body and maintains uniform temperature of a space inside the main body. The air cylinder comprises a sliding door. The truck drive unit opens and closes the aluminium alloy plate formed on the inner bottom of the main body along a guide rail formed on the bottom outside the main body. The truck drive unit comprises a supporting frame, a driving part, a chain, and a geared motor(144). |
