THE METHOD OF BUILDING MATERIAL INTERIORS BY USING RECYCLING SHELL

PURPOSE: A method for the eco-friendly manufacturing of construction interior-materials is provided to safely dispose of seashell wastes by recycling the seashells instead of using cement. CONSTITUTION: Seashells are sintered for about 1 hour at a temperature of approximately 700 to 800 degrees Celsius. The sintered seashells are crushed and pulverized to obtain seashell powder(2, 3). A natural urea resin in power form is mixed in the seashell powder(4). A hot press shaping process is implemented for 5 to 10 minutes under a high pressure of 100kg/cm^2 and a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius(5). A rapid cooling process is implemented at a temperature less than or equal to 40 degrees Celsius(6).
