POWDER CONTAINING HIGH POLYPHENOLIC SUBSTANCES FROM GRAPE LEAVES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: Powder containing high content of polyphenolic substances using grape leaves, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the color of the grape leaves by vacuum freeze-drying the grape leaves before producing the powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of powder containing high content of polyphenolic substances using grape leaves comprises the following steps: picking the grape leaves from June to August; freeze-drying the grape leaves at -20~-80deg C; and drying the grape leaves by increasing the temperature at 20~40deg C.
