PURPOSE: A volume knob and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use a hook which couples a deco ring with an outer and use a hook which couples an inner with the deco ring, thereby increasing coupling strength. CONSTITUTION: A volume knob comprises a deco ring(220), an outer(230), and an inner(210). A plurality of first hooks(221) is protruded in the direction vertical to the assembling direction of the deco ring. The outer comprises a plurality of second hooks(231). The first hooks and the second hooks couple the deco ring with the outer. The deco ring and the outer are reversely rotated each other so that the deco ring and the outer are coupled.
