MANUAL GAS CUTTING TORCH EQUIPPED WITH APPLIANCE FOR COMPLETE GAS LEAK PREVENTION

PURPOSE: A gas leak preventing device of a manual gas cutting torch is provided to reduce damage or abrasion to the opening/closing parts of valves and prevent gas leakage at the opening/closing parts. CONSTITUTION: A gas leak preventing device of a manual gas cutting torch comprises a nozzle(1), a torch tip(2), a torch head(3), a cutting oxygen tube(4a), a pre-heating oxygen tube(4b), a pre-heating gas pipe(5), a main body(6) comprising a cutting oxygen valve(61) and a pre-heating oxygen valve(62), a handle pipe(7), a hose connector(8), and a fuel gas valve(10). The gas leak preventing device also includes valve seat parts(6a,6b,10a) whose opening degree is controlled with gas flow rate control pins which are respectively provided in the cutting oxygen valve, the pre-heating oxygen valve, and the fuel gas valve. A resin packing(9) formed with pin insert holes is additionally installed in the valve seat parts.
