PURPOSE: A sensor socket comprising a protective filter for preventing contamination is provided to minimize economical loss by preventing a measuring sensor from becoming contaminated by dust. CONSTITUTION: A sensor socket comprising a protective filter for preventing contamination comprises a housing and a contamination preventing filter(30). The housing comprises a space, in which a sensor is held. The top of the housing is open. The contamination preventing filter is held so that a part of the filter is exposed to the opened top of the housing. The contamination preventing filter is formed from a plurality of metallic nets to cause galvanic corrosion. The metallic net comprises a wire mesh(31), a stainless mesh(32), and a support mesh(33). The wire mesh is arranged on the top, and the surface of the wire mesh is plated with silver. The stainless mesh is arranged on the lower part of the wire mesh, and the netting size of the stainless mesh is smaller than that of the wire mesh.
