PURPOSE: A method for forming an integrated LED light-emitting panel shelf is provided to efficiently reflect inner light to the outside and to widely diffuse the light. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming an integrated LED light-emitting panel shelf comprises: a step of welding inner duramen after processing an artificial marble panel or fiber panel; a step of sanctioning a power source; a step of being formed into one body by mounting an aluminum bar to the panel; and a step of forming left and right reflection plates and an inner LED lighting-emitting unit inside the aluminum bar and forming left and right grooves so that an optical diffusion panel cover can be installed at an angle.
