PURPOSE: A retractor for a seat belt, is provided to reduce an initial operation time of an ELR operating part by interlinking with a retractor and to secure safety by preventing the withdrawal of webbing by inertia. CONSTITUTION: A retractor for a seat belt comprises a spool(100), a frame(200), a pretensioner(300), an ELR operating unit(400), and an adjacency unit(500). A pole(110) of one end of the spool is projected to outside. When the pole is projected to outside, hangs on an inside saw(210) of the frame. When the spool is rotated by the pretensioner before the pole is protruded by the ELR operating unit to outside of the spool.
