FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. The method envisages oyster plant preparation, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grains, chestnuts and soya frying, mixing oyster plant, barley, oat grains, acorns and nut kernels and cryomilling the produced mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method allows to produce new coffee beverage of non-traditional raw materials according to a nonwaste technology. |
