PURPOSE: A bio-concrete ball and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to effectively obtain a water permeable concreate carrier by optimizing the mixing ratio of raw materials and the condition of a vacuum pressure reduction process. CONSTITUTION: Aggregate, cement, water, and a pore inducing agent are mixed to obtain a mixture(S101, S102). The mixture is formed into a ball shaped carrier(S103). The carrier undergoes a vacuum pressure reduction process. In the vacuum pressure reduction process, the carrier is arranged in a vacuum chamber(S104). Fine pores are formed in the carrier. 0.5 to 1.5% of the pore inducing agent is added, based on the weight of the cement. The pore inducing agent includes one or the mixture of aluminum powder, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium aluminum sulfate, and a water reducing agent.
