CONSTITUTION: A method for producing earthworm dry powder comprises: a step of freeze-drying live earthworm and performing thermal treatment at 110°C to 130°C. A method for preparing the liver earthworm comprises: a step of placing the live earthworm in a bright site for 10-50 hours and removing foreign materials; a step of contacting the earthworm with organic acid and diluting in the water to adjust to pH 2-5; and a step of washing.
