PURPOSE: A polymer paint composition is provided to ensure chemical resistance and adhesion and to block the penetration of sulfate included in chloride ion, SOx, NOx, and the air due to dense structure. CONSTITUTION: A polymer paint composition includes a base material and a hardener in weight ratio of 1:1-5:1. The base material comprises a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, acrylate resin, reactive epoxy diluent, silicon carbide, alumina, silica, ZnO, TiO2, CaCO3, inorganic pigment, hydrophilic silica powder, lipophilic clay powder, epoxy silane coupling agent, antifoaming agent, dispersing agent, UV stabilizer and UV blocking agent. The hardener comprises denatured cycloaliphatic amine, non-yellowish polyisocyanate hardener, silica, CaCO3, hydrophilic silica powder, lipophilic clay powder, antifoaming agent and dispersing agent.
