The package (10) has two polyethylene terephthalate containers (12) that are connected with each other and are held together by a tape- or strip-shaped, closed strap. The strap is tensioned horizontally around an outer face of the containers. A carrying handle (24) is fixed at outer cover surfaces (26) of the containers that are arranged adjacent or opposite to one another. Connection points (30) between the carrying handle and each container are arranged partially within the strap, where the connection points are formed by glue joints or welded connections.
