PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode lighting apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the brightness of light from an organic light-emitting layer by compensating the low relative conductivity to a first electrode through an auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode lighting apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same, a plurality of groove line is formed in a transparent substrate body(111). An auxiliary electrode(170) is formed by filling the plural groove lines respectively. A first electrode(710) is formed on the substrate body to be contacted with the auxiliary electrode. An organic light-emitting layer(720) is formed in the first electrode. A second electrode(270) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer.
