PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to reduce the loss of working time caused by position separation by fixing an upper cover to a predetermined position and to improve an assembly structure of the top cover. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises a bare cell(100) including a terminal, a protection circuit module(150) which is connected to the bare cell and includes a protection device, and a cover(160) which is arranged on the circuit module and is combined with the bare cell. The protection circuit module includes a through-hole(140') and a protrusion(165) going in gear with the through-hole.
