METHOD FOR FABRICATING OF DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating of a dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to collect dye molecule freely moving to a metal oxide through electric attraction by applying a vertical electric filed to a transparent electrode in a dye absorption process. CONSTITUTION: In a method for fabricating of a dye-sensitized solar cell, a transparent electrode(32) is formed on a lower plate(31). A metal oxide layer(33) is formed on the transparent electrode. Dye molecule freely moving is collected around a metal oxide through electric attraction. A metal oxide - dye adsorption process is performed while the lower substrate having the transparent electrode is dipped in a dye solution(34). The electric field is formed in vertical direction to the transparent electrode through first and second external electrodes(35a,35b).
