<p>PURPOSE: A thermal decomposition system for rubber flakes and rubber scraps is provided to prevent the explosion during a thermal decomposition process by using non-condensable gas or steam as a heating medium. CONSTITUTION: A thermal decomposition system for rubber flakes and rubber scraps comprises a main reactor(110), a condenser(150), an expansion turbine(180), a storage tank(220), a gas generator(230), and a heater(240). The main reactor thermally decomposes waste including the rubber flakes and rubber scraps. The condenser condenses decomposition-vapor gas generated from the main reactor. The expansion turbine is operated by non-condensable gas generated from the main reactor. The storage tank stores the non-condensable gas.</p> |
