PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing Mycobacterium tuberculosis is provided to improve diagnosis sensitivity and to diagnose Mycobacterium tuberculosis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing Mycobacterium tuberculosis contains CysA2(thiosulfate sulfurtransferase CysA2) antigen. The composition additionally contains HspX(heat shock protein hspX) antigen and PstS1(periplasmic phosphate-binding protein PstS1) antigen. M. tuberculosis is diagnosed by measuring an antigen-antibody complex through contacting CysA2 antigen with serum sample.
