PURPOSE: A generating system using the wave of sea is provided to improve electricity generation efficiency by using the electromagnetic induction between a coil tier and a magnet. CONSTITUTION: A generating system using the wave of sea comprises a housing, a coil tier(20), a horizontal central shaft(30) and a hemispherical magnets(40). The housing comprises a sphere receiving part. The housing floats on the sea. The coil tier is installed in the form covering the inner spherical surface of the housing. A horizontal central shaft is installed to pass through the horizontal-center of the receiving part. The hemispherical magnet comprises a lower part load(41) and a top magnet(42). The hemispherical magnets are connected to the horizontal central shaft using a relay material.
